In February 2023, I signed an agreement with the Party branch of Anhui Dongli Community in Datun Street to jointly build a legal community. In order to fulfill the work responsibility of "providing public legal services and promoting the construction of a rule of law community", I have provided multiple public legal services to the Anhui Dongli community, including developing professional legal work systems, establishing a party member service team with professional legal literacy, conducting special legal services, promoting information exchange and sharing, and strengthening communication and contact.   

To fulfill my service commitment, since the signing of the agreement, I have appointed lawyers as legal service personnel for the community. My lawyer has personally visited the community multiple times to provide legal services face-to-face with residents. Through a combination of online and offline work models, we understand the legal needs of community residents, answer their legal questions, promote legal education, and tailor practical legal solutions for residents with disputes. During this period, the resolution of property damage compensation disputes between Beijing Dawen Property Management Co., Ltd. and Xu Xin, adjacent rights disputes in the community's strong electricity renovation, custody disputes of elderly Shen Yuling in the community, and co ownership disputes of Ms. Peng's house in the community received unanimous praise from community residents and community party branch leaders.

On May 6th, Secretary Tian of the Party Branch of Anhui Dongli Community came to my office to present a banner to me, affirming my legal service work over the past few months and expressing gratitude. Liu Gangming, Director of Rainbow Law Firm, stated during the reception of the banner: Public legal services are the job responsibility of lawyers and also the social mission of the law firm. We will continue to work hard, strengthen cooperation, provide professional, efficient, and high-quality legal services to the community, solve people's legal doubts, and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.

The belief in the rule of law and the atmosphere of the rule of law are the ultimate goals of comprehensively promoting the strategy of governing the country by law, and public legal service work can fundamentally drive the whole nation to abide by the law. Resolving disputes is the core of public legal services, while also taking into account the popularization of legal knowledge and the improvement of legal literacy, in order to strengthen the people's belief in the rule of law.   I have always adhered to the social responsibility of "caring for the world and shouldering a mission" and the service philosophy of "diligence and responsibility, striving for excellence", serving every one of our customers.
