At the end of June, the Banking and Finance Professional Committee of the Beijing Bar Association, after strict deliberation and selection procedures, elected Liu Gangming, the director and branch secretary of Beijing Rainbow Law Firm, as the director of the 12th Beijing Bar Association Banking and Finance Professional Committee.

As the director and branch secretary of Beijing Rainbow Law Firm, Lawyer Liu Gangming has a deep legal foundation, rich practical experience, and keen market insight, and has achieved certain results in the field of banking and financial legal services. Director Liu's legal team is proficient in handling legal cases related to banking and finance, investment and financing projects, bankruptcy reorganization, disposal of non-performing assets, insurance business, risk prevention and control, and dispute resolution. Their down-to-earth and diligent work attitude, as well as their serious and responsible work spirit, are highly trusted and praised by clients. At the same time, Director Liu Gangming also actively participated in legal service activities for public welfare. I am honored to have been elected as the Chairman of the 12th Beijing Bar Association Banking and Finance Professional Committee. On July 1st, Director Liu Gangming led the members of the special committee team to hold the inaugural meeting of the 12th Beijing Bar Association Banking and Finance Professional Committee and the first director team meeting. The meeting clarified that the special committee should strengthen its service awareness, serve lawyers in Beijing, and contribute to all lawyers in Beijing; At the same time, the deputy directors of the special committee were determined to be responsible for researching and deepening the specialized financial sector, and were required to form research results, striving to promote academic research and practical innovation. The meeting decided that the Secretary General of the committee will carry out work under the leadership of the Director, and each Deputy Director will be equipped with a Deputy Secretary General or Director's Assistant, forming a close working mode of one-on-one responsibility. Each director should fully leverage their respective strengths and jointly tackle challenges and seize development opportunities through project cooperation, information sharing, experience exchange, and other means. This meeting boosted the morale of the team and made everyone feel the attitude and determination of the current Banking and Financial Commission to do practical things.

The members of the 12th Beijing Bar Association Banking and Finance Professional Committee team have determined the work plan for the second half of 2024 through online and offline communication and coordination. All tasks of the committee are assigned to individuals, ensuring that team members can efficiently, deeply, and professionally contribute in their respective areas of responsibility.
