The Party branch of Beijing Guirun Law Firm was established on September 8, 2017, achieving coverage of the Party organization. There are currently 6 formal party members, and since taking office, the branch secretary Liu Gangming has closely followed the work of the city and district party committees, implemented party building work in daily life, and radiated to the surrounding areas, carrying out theme party day activities multiple times.

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held. All party members collectively read the report of the 20th National Congress, watched propaganda videos, shared their experiences, and used the learned ideas to solve specific problems in their work. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "we should implement a more proactive opening strategy and jointly build the the Belt and Road". Among the lawyers in Guirun, there are registered residence of provinces and cities along the the Belt and Road. Guirun Law Firm called on everyone to face their hometown, show the spirit of Chaoyang lawyers in Beijing to serve the people in their hometown, and do public legal services, which has won good reputation. Guirun, a lawyer from Xinjiang, handled a case in Kashgar, Xinjiang. The parties involved had no legal knowledge and were almost penniless after being defrauded. After Linghu took over the case, he quickly clarified the situation and provided careful guidance from filing to court. Through multiple online and offline court hearings, he saved the parties' family property, saved clients and families from danger, and demonstrated the good qualities of Beijing lawyers.

Guirun Law Firm actively serves the community and gives back to society. Since 2023, a community public welfare legal service agreement has been signed with Anhui Dongli Community in Datun Street. Professional lawyers have been assigned to regularly conduct knowledge lectures and promote legal education in the community. A 24-hour on duty telephone has been set up within the unit, and community residents can consult and answer legal questions at any time. Lawyer Guirun has successfully helped the property management company reach a settlement with residents who owe property fees, resolving conflicts among residents.

In addition to community work, when major natural disasters occur in certain areas, the party branch mobilizes law firm party members and lawyers to actively donate and do their best to help others and give back to society. In 2021, Guirun Law Firm invited teachers from the Beijing Zhongzhi Care Foundation to have a discussion at the firm. The foundation mainly provides support for children of prisoners and regularly offers psychological counseling for them. After the symposium, the party branch secretary responded promptly and led other lawyers to donate funds, which received a good social response.
